Due to the bike course road closures, drivers will need to use I-5 to Cesar Chavez to get into the Harbor Drive area for hotels/Seaport Village/USS Midway, etc, between approximately 5:30 am – 10:45 am on race morning. And on the way out, they will need to use the same directions in reverse.
